This project site was located in northeast Bexar County Texas off of Walzem Road between Gibbs Sprawl Road on the north and Seguin Road on the south. This project involved the reconstruction 8,450 linear feet of residential streets in the Ventura Subdivision. The reconstructed streets included Pioneer Trail, Western Trail, Fallen Trail, Warrior Trail, Grassy Trail, Wayword Trail, and Sunlit Trail. Due to the highly unstable and expansive soils involved in the project area the reconstruction of the seven residential streets included subgrade stabilization and the complete replacement of associated driveways, curbs, and sidewalks. This project also included surface drainage upgrades and underground drainage facilities upgrades consisting of storm inlets and a stormwater outfall.
