Indian Creek Drainage Improvements Phase II

This project involved the design and construction of approximately 6,000 linear feet of channel improvements to the Indian Creek between Ray Ellison Drive and Medina Base Road. Channel improvements were required to relieve flooding within the Lackland Heights Subdivision and other areas adjacent to the Indian Creek. The design included evaluation of and hydraulic modeling of Indian Creek from Five Palms Drive to Medina Base Road and the Lackland Railroad Spur, channel modifications including concrete and rock riprap, box culvert replacements at Ray Ellison Drive and Elm Valley Drive, storm drainage system modifications on Medina Base Road at the Lackland Tributary, street reconstruction and stabilization, new drainage channel design for Lackland Tributary from Indian Creek to Medina Base Road.
